We've designed a totally unique experience tailored for The Abbey of New Clairvaux led by the Abbot, Father Paul Mark and their winemaker, Aimee Sunseri. This customized tour will take us through iconic cities and the picturesque countryside to Spain’s remote viticultural areas and centuries-old Cistercian abbeys dotting the pastoral landscape. Visits to classic museums such as the Prado and Reina Sofia in Madrid and the Guggenheim, an architectural masterpiece in Bilbao. We’ll visit medieval castles and the magnificent Alcazar and aqueduct of Segovia, and enjoy wine tasting with local monks at their private vineyards. Other activities will include an award-winning Flamenco show with gourmet dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant and an exclusive group Rioja Wine Experience at the spectacular Marques de Riscal Winery, voted 2024 World’s Best Vineyard. There will be other traditional lunches, Tapas and Pintxos savored at cozy bodegas in Madrid and San Sebastian. Accommodation will be provided in luxury hotels and Paradores with daily breakfast.
